Who doesn't he like me?

There is this boy named Terrell in my school and we knew each other for about 2years. I also liked him for 2years. He had a seizure last week and I brought him get well presents almost every week and it seemed like he liked me, so I had my friend ask him if he likes me and he said no because I am ugly. I am not ugly, everybody else thinks im cute. I am a medium sized 13 year old girl, kind of skinny in the legs, muscular in the arms, chest length hair, light skin, 5'6, I have a baby face and my butt is plusy. Now why doesn't he like me?Why does he think im ugly?
