Pomeranian puppy?????

Is it fine for a Pomeranian puppy to be left outside for six hours a day if it has its crate, plenty of food,lots of water,and a huge undercover area to provide shade,somebody to come in and feed it? I live in a moderate climate. My garden has a secure locked fence and all plants toxic to dogs have been destroyed. Also it would have 10 interesting,different toys to keep itself occupied and a comfy resting spot with blankets and cushions that is half in the sun and half in the shade. It is not gonna be chained,it will roam free cause my garden is fenced. Also the dog is not being neglected because I spend several hours every day interacting with it and even more interaction time on the weekends and holidays.
