My ankles always make a loud clicking sound with each step & turn black & blue after i run with moderate pain?

I'm 25 now and I've been dealing with this since I was 15. The sound is very sharp, as though the very bone were cracking in half. it pisses me off. The problem is when the noise first started getting very noticeable i saw a doctor, had x-rays taken and was told there was really nothing wrong... nothing was explained to me. Well a decade later they are still snapping. and something is clearly wrong. My question is are there any runners out there that deal with this. because i love to run... but after my runs they hurt a lot and turn black and blue. What can i do to remedy this? the shoes aren't a problem i have the air max fly wires with dr. scholls gel insoles as i thought maybe all the cushioning would help some. are there ankle supports out there or something to take some of the pressure / weight off ? i really don't want to stop running.

someone told me in my question cause this is going to be my first 4th of july with my dog a chorkie female she is scared of fireworks and people are setting them off right now put her in a room where there is no place to hide and less firework noises nd for the pooping why dont u put her on the leash when she gets outside and stay with her.

I left my husband for 6 months. All he did was hang with the guys and was unappreciative of me. we have 2 children together as well 8 and 4 and I just couldnt take it anymore. We are very young and thought maybe it was for the best. During our seperation I had no intention of ever being w/him again and we both started seeing other people. He would come to my house call and drive by all the time begging to come home but I refused and encouraged him to be with the other girl (a stripper he met while she was working) I never judged her and talked to bout meeting but my husband wouldnt let it happen and he wouldnt let her meet our children either. She had kids herself and my husband somewhat played house with her but didnt quitoing out every night and weekend and as he called it drinking his pain away. She ended up pregnant they split up soon after and we ended up back together. We have had alot of marriage counsling and things are good our future is bright. But I cant get over her having this baby. She decided to adopt the baby after she found out we were togethrMy husband says he wants to leave it alone and that the baby will have a better life this way. their are 4 possible fathers as well. He says his relationship with her was simply him trying to stay saine while we werent together and it meant nothing. He did cry hard every time i saw him and always tried to come home. We have our final baby on the waynow and he says hes excited. but i almost feel as if I am replacing the situation for him. Is it possible hes content with her decision to adopt and their relationship was really just him trying to feel better?

Did I hurt my friend by hooking up with someone else in front of him?

I've been hurt so many times in the past by guys who ditched me for other guys. That's why I'm kind of surprised to say that it looks like I've done the same to my friend. "Terrell" and I met for drinks over the weekend. We've only been friends, though we have done some occasional flirting. He's not very good looking and doesn't really seem that attracted to me, so at the bar, we met up with this guy "Ken", who I've played with before. Ken is really hot, and I made it clear to him that I was interested in him by touching his arm, putting my arm around him and doing some heavy flirting. He flirted right back to me, and eventually invited me outside for a smoke, during which he asked if he could come over to my place that night, and I said yes and kissed him right on his lips. He's a sexy black guy with big lips, so just from kissing him I got an instant hard-on. So anyway, when we went back inside, Ken and I were arm and arm for the rest of the night, and I could tell Terrell was jealous. I was Terrell's ride, so I gave him a ride back home, during which he jokingly was telling me our "marriage" was over and he was gonna take the house, etc. I didn't think too much of it, but afterwards, he texted me "Am I ugly Brian?", to which I replied of course not. He told me guys are not interested in him, etc etc. Again, I didn't think too much of it, but that night on facebook, he posted that his "heart was broken again," which kind of upset me because I don't want to hurt anyone. I've been hurt SO MANY TIMES in the past. And the next day, he texted me something to the effect of, "You and Ken aren't going to be sleeping together now? Because that would be really weird." I'm not sure why that would be "weird" -- maybe b/c he's black and I'm white and he's also 20 years older than me (but doesn't look it) -- but I lied and told him we're not sleeping together and just watched a movie that night. Did I do anything wrong? I don't wanna hurt Terrell, but at the same time, I don't see anything wrong with me pursuing the hottest available guy I meet. I really like Ken. He seems really cool and we have a lot of the same interests. We totally clicked sexually and hung out twice over the weekend. He said he's my "boy", which is close to "boyfriend" I guess lol. What do you guys think?
