Which LB core would you take? ?

I'd have to take number 2. Both of these include ILB's that will shut down any run game. However Tamba Hali is very good, and Clay Matthews presents a pass rush that just cannot be replicated. Hali would force teams to stop as many double coverages on Matthews and from there the Claymaker would just rampage through the league breaking sack records left and right.
